Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform manual labor tasks
- willing to work full-time
- reliable transportation to work

- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

- previous custodial or janitorial experience is beneficial
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors
- machine shampoo carpeting
- wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors
- clean restrooms, plunger sinks and toilets, and replenish supplies
- complete work requests to notify management of needed repair work
- remove snow and ice and apply salt and/or ice melting products to assigned areas when needed
- organize and supply custodial closets as needed
