Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to and resolving concerns from co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled time
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out from scheduled shifts
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with a focus on hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and product consistency standards
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and technology considered a plus
- Ability to wear uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized, both front and back of house
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with hospitality while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well groomed, wear a nametag, and always smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with all team members to promote a positive work environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry
- Follow all hotel guidelines and procedures during work
- Arrive on time, clock in and out as scheduled
- Adhere to break schedules and notify supervisors of any call outs
- Perform physical tasks like stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting as required
