- desire to work with seniors
- able to provide housekeeping and laundry services that meet or exceed quality standards
- ability to follow safety procedures and maintain equipment

Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures
- respect residents privacy by knocking before entering rooms
- maintain and transport equipment and supplies including clean and soiled linens
- collect and remove trash and maintain trash receptacles in a clean and sanitary condition
- perform laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and inspecting linens
- assist care managers as requested and respond to resident requests
- ensure safety and risk management by storing chemicals properly, maintaining clear exits, and adhering to safety protocols
- participate as a team member to support community goals and attend training and meetings as required
