Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
- Dexterity of hands and fingers with ability to grasp tools
- Ability to see to perform inspections and read computer screens
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over phone or computer
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Job Qualifications

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders, and access various areas of the property

- Ability to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over phone or computer
- Occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Job Duties
- Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
- Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager including picking up trash, cleaning dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, and power washing
- Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance
- Assess property safety and cleanliness standards ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing resident well-being
- Keep property in top-notch condition including maintaining grounds cleanliness, delivering notices to apartments, and performing interior and exterior painting
- Operate computer and office equipment as needed for property management tasks
