Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and pushing carts
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer literacy

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain up to four orders simultaneously
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including refrigerators, heat system filters, changing bed linens, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and main entry areas focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident orders for meals, serve meals and desserts, and assist with tray delivery
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, sanitize dining areas, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as replenishing supplies
- May perform other duties as needed or assigned
