Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
Flexibility to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Commitment to excellent guest service
Good physical stamina to perform job duties

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
Perform various hotel cleaning services to uphold cleanliness standards
Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
Provide courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
Contribute to a positive work environment for guests and team members
