Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to move about the facility quickly and be able to physically assist residents and/or staff in event of emergency
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must have the ability to work rotating shifts and flexibility to cover times, days or positions other than those scheduled

- Prior commercial or residential care housekeeping experience preferred
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean each resident apartment once a week as scheduled
- Clean other areas of the community on a routine or as-needed basis as instructed by Supervisor
- Vacuum, dust, and remove resident trash following company cleaning techniques and quality standards
- Greet residents warmly and engage in conversation to build rapport
- Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director or Supervisor
- Assist residents and staff in event of emergency when necessary
- Maintain a positive and fun attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere
