Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel between properties
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs
- Adherence to safety standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and tools
- Knowledge of chemicals and cleaning agents used in housekeeping
- Skilled in safety protocols for handling chemicals
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting and bending
Job Duties
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
- Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, blinds, and draperies
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Dust, polish furniture and fittings
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Dispose of trash hygienically
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers, and toilets
- Wipe down glass surfaces
- Make up model beds and maintain their presentation
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
- Maintain cleaning equipment and materials
- Report unsafe or dangerous areas to management
- Ensure use and maintenance of personal protective equipment
- Complete assigned work in a timely manner
