Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy

- Effective English communication with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning various areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators and check heating system filters as needed
- Change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments paying special attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at each table, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders and serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- Deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals and reset for the next meal
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
