Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
2 years related experience in a commercial setting

Job Duties

Vacuum carpets, area rugs and upholstered furniture
Sweep and mop floors
Clean all bathroom fixtures and surfaces including walls, partitions, floors, windows, mirrors
Empty trash containers and clean lids
Wash windows and glass entry doors
Wipe stains and smudges from walls and door facings
Clean water fountains
Shampoo all carpets on regular basis
Dust mop, wet mop and buff all resilient floors on a daily basis
Strip and wash floors as needed
Scrub bathroom floors according to schedule
