Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work 12-hour days and 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Prohibition on alcohol consumption while onboard
- Compliance with grooming standards
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required
- Temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work long shifts of up to 12 hours per day and 7 days a week
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and crew
- Capability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- Willingness to comply with safety and emergency procedures required onboard

Job Duties
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond promptly to all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to company standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and notify managers of necessary maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently cater to all housekeeping requests
- Assist with special functions such as greeting guests on embarkation and helping during onboard events including afternoon tea, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
