Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • basic knowledge of cleaning equipment usage

Job Qualifications

  • No prior cleaning or maintenance experience required
  • strong attention to detail and customer service focus
  • ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • comfortable using cleaning equipment and tools
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, and shared amenities
  • vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, appliances, and more
  • report maintenance and repair needs to the Service Manager
  • keep storage areas tidy and supplies stocked
  • assist in preparing apartments for move-in
  • support other maintenance staff with seasonal or special projects
  • follow all safety protocols and company policies
