Job Qualifications

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local cleaning and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Commitment to upholding resident rights and safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure facility cleaning procedures are followed including furniture cleaned and orderly, floors are cleaned, cubicle curtains are clean and in good condition, commonly touched areas are disinfected, bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected
- Check room for stains on walls, floors, ceiling tiles, and toilet seats and clean as needed
- Replenish soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper and paper towels daily
- Perform high dusting over bed lights, A/C vents and exhaust vents as needed in resident rooms and common areas
- Report all damage found while following cleaning procedures to supervisor
- Perform other duties which may be assigned such as laundry and floor tech assistance
- Follow facility cleaning procedures regarding resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices
- Ensure chemicals and products are replenished and carts and janitor closets are neat and clean at the end of each shift
