- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting washing windows
- Empties trash waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all assigned areas
- Uses cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and efficiently
- Adheres to facility policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
