Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- Ensure adherence to community and regulatory cleanliness standards
- Maintain infection control protocols effectively
- Provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
- Exhibit a positive and approachable customer service attitude
- Communicate resident concerns to management promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
