Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Minimum of two years related experience preferred
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Strong responsibility and attention to detail
  • Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
  • Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage, bedding etc.
  • Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
  • Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director
