Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- CPR or BLS certificate preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing
- moving
- climbing

- lifting up to 50 pounds independently
- occasional lifting up to 200 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use internet browsers and Microsoft Office programs

Job Duties
- Perform sweeping
- mopping
- dusting
- vacuuming
- laundry
- trash removal
- Clean according to daily
- weekly
- monthly schedules in assigned areas including resident apartments
- common areas
- restrooms
- offices
- Collect and launder soiled linens following health and hygiene policies
- Fold
- sort
- and distribute clean laundry
- Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor
- restock supplies as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance to report repairs
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families regarding care
- Work well with others and take direction from management
- intervene and resolve conflicts involving residents
- families
- and staff
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds independently
- occasionally lift and move up to 200 pounds with assistance
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to meet community needs
