Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, ensure linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, empty waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear tables after meals, reset tables following sanitizing procedures, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
