Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
- Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Help respond to resident emergencies as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
