Job Requirements

 - Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise environments preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
 - Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
 - Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
 - Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
 - Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
 - Support all groups and events at the hotel
 - Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
 - Keep all areas clean and well-organized, both front and back of house
 - Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
 - Greet guests while cleaning in a friendly manner
 - Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
 - Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
 - Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and smile at all times
 - Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
 - Be willing to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business needs
 - Work collaboratively to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
 - Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
 - Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
 - Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning activities as assigned
 - Follow established guidelines and procedures
 - Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out as scheduled
 - Take designated breaks and provide sufficient notice for call outs
