Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and residents
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible schedules
Commitment to uphold community values and mission

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping or assisted living
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Deliver housekeeping services to residents
Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping and other team members
Maintain cleanliness of residences and common areas on a schedule
Keep community areas clean, neat, attractive, and safe
Support and engage in activities that enhance residents' identity and interests
Ensure a holistic perspective of service for each resident
Uphold community safety and hygiene standards
