Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- American citizenship or Green Card status
- Willingness and ability to work 12 hours/day, 7 days/week, for 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Successful pre-employment drug test including Marijuana and controlled substances
- Compliance with no alcohol consumption policy
- Adherence to grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limitations
- Temporary employment for 28 weeks
- Ability to perform emergency and safety duties onboard
- Strong work ethic and positive demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Physical ability to perform moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing including for Marijuana and other controlled substances
- Maintain grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to comply with alcohol prohibition policy during employment
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as part of shipboard training
- Positive attitude and composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and cater to housekeeping requests
- Assist with guest greeting during embarkation and support special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
