Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience a plus
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Job Duties
- Accommodate guest/departmental needs/requests by responding to requests
- enters and prepares the room for cleaning by making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathroom, cleaning closet, vacuuming, etc
- checks and secures the rooms
- deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing board
- ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
- responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score
- confirm with front desk once tasks are complete
