Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
Reliable and punctual
Clear communication skills
Willingness to adhere to all community standards and policies

Job Qualifications

Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills
Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude towards senior care

Job Duties

Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community
Maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet residents' needs
Ensure all housekeeping duties comply with health and safety standards
Support senior staff with additional tasks as required
Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
Follow all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping
