Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Clear communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to all community standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude towards senior care
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet residents' needs
- Ensure all housekeeping duties comply with health and safety standards
- Support senior staff with additional tasks as required
- Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping
