Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to work a full-time schedule including every fourth weekend
- ability to pass pre-employment health assessment and drug screening
- commitment to maintaining a safe responsive environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience is an asset
- ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with residents and families
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- ensure the community is safe clean comfortable and attractive for residents families and team members
- perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry duties according to specific task lists
- build relationships with residents and their families to positively impact their lives
- maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the community
- respond promptly to housekeeping requests and resolve any issues
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and organizational policies
- collaborate effectively with team members to support community goals
