Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Minimum two years of high school education
- Ability to work full-time including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, lifting 25-35 pounds, reaching, bending, and stretching
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and diverse team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests with a service plus one attitude
- Support the cleanliness of public areas and assist in laundry as needed
