Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily work activities
Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Positive and proactive attitude
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
Provide exceptional guest experience with friendly and courteous service and a service plus one attitude
Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as required
