- Proven experience in housekeeping or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform work tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role in a residential or hospitality setting
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

- Prioritization and time management skills for efficient scheduling and completion of tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
- Physical stamina and mobility are required to manage a full day's workload, including reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing of assigned areas
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Restock and replenish supplies in communal areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to the management team immediately
- Assist with guest requests for additional housekeeping services when needed
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively
