- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
- willingness to follow company policies and guidelines
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and prolonged periods of movement
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain appearance and hygiene
- respond promptly to guest requests and service needs
- restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- follow company policies and procedures related to safety and cleanliness
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism in communication and appearance
- engage in physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support hotel operations
