Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • willingness to follow company policies and guidelines
  • excellent communication skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and prolonged periods of movement
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain appearance and hygiene
  • respond promptly to guest requests and service needs
  • restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • follow company policies and procedures related to safety and cleanliness
  • maintain confidentiality and professionalism in communication and appearance
  • engage in physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support hotel operations
