Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety protocols and hotel procedures
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
- Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness
- Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests with a friendly attitude
