Job Requirements
- Housekeeping experience
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures
- Proper handling and disposal of infectious waste
- Safety skills in handling housekeeping chemicals
- Experience with heavy-duty cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to follow strict cleaning protocols and standards
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic housekeeping practices and procedures
- Ability to safely handle and dispose of infectious waste
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling housekeeping chemicals
- Experience with heavy equipment such as buffer extractors, wide area vacuums, and wet vacuums
- Acute healthcare work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and other areas
- Follow established cleaning and disinfection protocols and procedures
- Collect and dispose of waste, biohazardous waste and linens
- Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms and common areas
- Respond to requests for cleaning services from healthcare staff
- Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as buffer extractors and wide area vacuums
