Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team

Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset
- Ability to pay close attention to detail

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
- Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
- Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
- Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
- Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
- Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards such as broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons, and properly reporting as found
- Respect for guests' property
- Responsible care of equipment
- Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, maintains accurate time records, and follows proper room issuance standards
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers always
- Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
