- physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- ability to work independently and report issues
- availability to perform daily cleaning during winter months
- willingness to perform assigned duties including handling cleaning chemicals

- previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferred

Job Duties
- Empty and clean waste receptacles and replace bags as necessary
- dust and mop hard surfaced floors
- thoroughly vacuum including all edges of carpeted floors
- arrange furniture to its original position
- report any damage or vandalism to supervisor
- clean glass to classroom entrance doors
- wet mop hard floors as weather and usage conditions dictate
- dust exposed horizontal surfaces such as window sills and shelves
- replace light bulbs as necessary
- clean all glass
- keep all entrances clean
- empty trash receptacles and replace bag liners in restrooms
- check and replace paper products in restrooms
- check and fill soap dispensers
- clean and disinfect sinks and toilets in restrooms
- clean mirrors
- clean entrance panels to restroom stalls
- perform other duties as assigned
