Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- Physical ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Must be dependable and punctual

- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
Job Duties
- Effectively use provided equipment including vacuums and cleaning solutions to clean customer homes
- Clean all surfaces in the home every room including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
- Clean pet eating areas, trips to groomers, clean litter boxes for cats and a soon-to-add dog
- Clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum and mop all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
- Make beds and straighten the home
- Wash dishes including loading and unloading dishwasher ensuring all dishes are clean
- Perform laundry for each family member and take clothes to dry cleaner when needed
- Move reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
- Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes
- Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, being in uniform, dependable, and on time
- Define menu and prepare meals by cooking or following recipes as directed
- Perform grocery shopping and inventory management of food and household supplies
- Organize and maintain pantry, refrigerators, and kitchen areas
