Job Requirements
- Mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift intermittently 25 to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties to keep guest rooms clean per established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Work flexible schedules including weekends as required
