Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as part of daily work
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work shift
Job Qualifications
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- good knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently without direct supervision

- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest room cleanliness according to established standards
- conduct visual inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service using a service plus one attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere among all team members and guests
