Job Requirements
- Availability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to safely lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to drive a company vehicle or golf cart
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Commitment to uphold Blackberry Mountain’s standards and guest experience expectations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license or ability to operate golf carts
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service that reflects the Blackberry brand values
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Safely operate company vehicles or golf carts as needed
- Assist team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Uphold safety standards and policies including proper lifting techniques
