Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms, courtyards, and kitchens
  • high volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
  • weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
  • maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • ensure all pantries are stocked based on agent or executive preference
  • respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
  • create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
  • maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
