Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must adhere to company grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- No consumption of alcohol allowed on board

Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas on the ship
- Acknowledging guests by name and addressing all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Cleaning spills carefully with appropriate equipment and reporting maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge areas
- Creating genuine relationships with guests and efficiently catering to housekeeping requests
- Assisting with guest greetings upon embarkation and supporting special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
