Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team. Job Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is preferred
experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but training is provided
knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste
ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
cleans bathrooms including toilet bowls, sinks, bathtubs, wipes countertops and mirrors, and sterilizes floors
wipes kitchen counters and under objects, mops kitchen floor
vacuums all exposed areas including edges
empties and rinses wastebaskets if necessary
washes inside of windows as needed
cleans all common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals properly according to instructions
