Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Pre-employment drug test compliance including marijuana and other controlled substances
- No alcohol consumption while onboard
- Comply with company grooming standards
- Temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
- Must complete emergency and safety training
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- Adhere to company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond courteously to housekeeping inquiries
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash properly
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and manage housekeeping requests efficiently
- Participate in guest greeting during embarkation and assist with special events such as afternoon teas and cocktail parties
