Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in housekeeping or related field is a plus
  • ability to pass background and drug screening
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with housekeeping
  • valid driver's license required

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and both 1st and 2nd shifts
  • ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25lbs
  • ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
  • good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Clean entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and return it to designated area at end of shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and address their needs professionally
