Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to comply with safety and health policies
  • flexible availability for scheduling
  • ability to move furniture as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • commitment to providing compassionate service to seniors
  • basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
  • properly handle and dispose of waste materials
  • move and arrange furniture as needed
  • restock cleaning supplies and notify management of inventory needs
  • assist in maintaining safety standards and compliance with health regulations
  • support other team members in ensuring resident satisfaction and comfort
