Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Weekend availability may be required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to participate in training and mentorship programs

Job Duties
- Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily including dusting, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub
- Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
