Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for call during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience or ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to report hazards and safety concerns effectively
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
