Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Availability to work weekends particularly Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred but not required
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays
- High school education or equivalent recommended
Job Duties
- Perform various cleaning services of guest rooms following established standards
- Inspect guest rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Clean public areas and assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintain a positive work environment with team members and guests
