Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
 - American citizen or Green Card holder
 - Able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for 28 weeks
 - Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
 - Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing including for marijuana
 - Ability to comply with grooming standards regarding tattoos and piercings
 - Willingness to abstain from alcohol consumption onboard
 
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
 - Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
 - Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
 - Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
 - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
 - Ability to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
 - Strong interpersonal skills to create genuine relationships with guests
 - Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
 
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for our guests
 - Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
 - Acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to American Cruise Lines' service standards
 - Vacuum floors, sweep, and mop
 - Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
 - Clean spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers of maintenance requests
 - Collect and dispose of trash
 - Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
 - Create genuine relationships with guests and cater to all housekeeping requests efficiently
 - Assist in greeting guests during embarkation and help during special events including afternoon tea, snacks, and cocktail parties
