Job Requirements
- reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
- sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- willingness to work as part of a team
- physical stamina required to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities
- desire to work with seniors
- compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- ability to detect odors and see spots and spills
- ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- clean dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
- wash and fold laundry, distribute clean linens and towels, maintain a stocked cleaning cart
- demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- actively participate as a member of a team and commit to working toward team goals
- promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
