Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- must be willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- must meet physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- must pass pre-employment drug test
- must adhere to grooming standards
- must abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
- temporary employment for 28 weeks
- must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- able to work minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- able to pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other substances
- willing to abide by grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limitations
- willing to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping-related inquiries
- vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- clean spills and notify management of maintenance needs
- collect and dispose of trash
- properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- create genuine relationships with guests and cater to housekeeping requests
- participate in special onboard events as needed
