Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency
- Three years of residential housekeeping experience
- Ability to perform routine manual labor
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Eligibility to pass a criminal background check
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Three years of residential housekeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and supplies
- Ability to perform routine manual labor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event support and coordination preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide full range of household cleaning services for University President and family
- Sweep, mop, and dust mop floors and stairwells
- Vacuum and clean carpets
- Wash and clean windows and walls
- Clean woodwork and chrome fixtures
- Empty trash and clean containers
- Pick up paper and debris on ground
- Clean bathroom walls, floors, and fixtures
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Make minor repairs to building and equipment
- Prepare the facility for events held at the President's residence
- Assist with events, receptions, and dinners including coordinating furniture removal and setup
- Clean after events
- Take telephone calls and messages
- Make proper referrals of calls and inquiries
- Perform other related housekeeping and hosting duties as assigned
